Free Nutrition Webinars, sponsored by ACFC – June 23

Building a strong nutrition foundation during childhood supports early growth and development while shaping long-term health and wellness.

At PCDA, we believe that relationships lie at the heart of a young person’s development, and that consideration for development, individual differences, and relationships are vital to effectively integrate sound nutrition practices.

Our team of pediatric dietitians collaborates with families to assess and support each child's individual needs, and to help families develop intentional wellness practices designed to help the child reach their potential.

With the support of Angel City Football Club, we’ve developed a three-part webinar series that covers an array of nutrition topics with the hope that families will feel inspired and empowered to strengthen these nutrition foundations.

When: Fridays in June

June 2: Ages & Stages
June 9: Growing & Gaining
June 16: Daily Routines
June 23: Introducing Foods

For more information: Contact Kristen van Rooyen at kristenr@pcdateam.org (626) 793-7350 ext. 279
