A Message from Anne Perry, Board Chair

It is truly my pleasure to serve PCDA as the new Chair of the Board of Directors.  As the Director at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes here in Pasadena, I've had the pleasure of supporting many of your clients and families during their school-age years, and so for many years I was "PCDA Adjacent." My long-held interest in the nature of play and its integral purpose in human development along with numerous friendships and colleagues in the DIR community culminated in a breakfast meeting with Diane Cullinane in the fall of 2017.  By January of 2018, I was on the Gala Committee, which I chaired between 2019-22. In March 2021, I joined the Board and assumed the Secretary position in July 2022.  Throughout this time, it has truly been my pleasure to support PCDA during a time of transition and to help create the vision for PCDA's future.
